CFO


The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the financial management of the company. He is responsible for planning activities ranging from strategy and any multi-year planning to budgeting and dispositive planning.

 

The CFO is also responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including comments. The CFO initiates the necessary analyses as well as the determination of measures to control the financial target fulfillment and appropriate financing of the company.

 

In addition to the knowledge of accounting and controlling, the CFO must acquire knowledge of all disciplines of the company. Only in this way can sensible measures be determined in the operational area, which will show the desired result in the financial statements.
